Buddy Training is limited to a max size of four people. And there are so many benefits to this small size. First, you won’t get lost in the crowd. After our initial consultation, our personal trainer will develop a personalized and customized plan of action for you.
With Buddy Training, you receive individual instruction, coaching, and education on the proper technique and form you should be performing for each exercise. And, by choosing Buddy Training, you have the added bonus of sharing inspiration and motivation with your peers and friends who are working toward their own health and fitness goals.
Working in a small group setting with Buddy Training, you and your trainer will create a level of accountability you simply will not get by working out on your own or in larger groups.
