I’m here to teach you how to fish.

My nutritional coaching programs and services are customized exclusively for you. There are no predesigned meal plans or one size fits all templates here. Instead, I offer a personalized program, tailored to your unique needs, and laser-focused on helping you achieve optimal nutritional health and wellbeing for a lifetime.

With my Nutrition Coaching, You Will:

  • Develop a healthy mindset around food, nutrition, and your body
  • Learn how to prepare healthy, balanced meals that will nourish your body
  • Choose foods that are good for your gut
  • Discover how to fit all foods into your diet in ways that are healthy and sustainable
  • Adopt new habits that will last a lifetime

As a registered dietitian, my focus is aimed at helping you care for your total health and wellness. That means your physical health as well as your mental health. Too often, we’re defined as healthy (or unhealthy) based on numbers such as Body Mass Index (BMI) and weight. And while those numbers are important, they only tell half the story.

My goal is to support you and your body’s needs by helping you achieve a healthy mindset first. The number on the scale is important, but it’s not my main focus. And it shouldn’t be yours. As we move through your personal nutrition program, you’ll see the number on the scale fluctuate, but there are other factors that contribute to helping you feel great physically and mentally.

Simply put, I am a registered dietician that is health-centric, not weight centric.

Nutrition Coaching Programs

There are no quick fixes. There’s no magic pill. This takes commitment and hard work. I am here to support you every step of the way.

You can choose from 3, 6 or 12 month options.

  • Initial 90-minute one on one consultation, in person or virtually, to learn about YOU, establish benchmarks and goals, and start our work together!
  • Customized nutrition plan
  • 2 additional follow-up counseling sessions for continuous learning, self-evaluation, and creating new goals)
  • Information packet (which includes grocery store guides, hunger/satiety scales, pre and post-workout food ideas, recipes, and more!)
  • Workouts from Personal Trainer Kylene Day (home-based HIIT workout classes led by personal trainer Kylene Dey. Includes weight options and modified movements.)
  • Initial 90-minute one on one consultation, in person or virtually, to learn about YOU, establish benchmarks and goals, and start our work together!
  • Customized nutrition plan
  • 5 additional follow-up counseling sessions for continuous learning, self-evaluation, and creating new goals
